This month’s 2 ingredients were CAULIFLOWER and CHEESE !
That may not sound so crazy to you, but besides Cheddar Cauliflower Soup, I never really put those together. So, why not? It is a delicious combination.
I love cornbread stuffing. Sometimes it just tastes better with cheddar. Now it tastes even better with cauliflower! Cauliflower Cheddar Cornbread Stuffing!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cornbread stuffing
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast until browned and tender
- Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole dishes and bake at 350 until browned and cheese is melted.
