Cheesy Broccoli Pesto Noodle Soup
Cheesy Broccoli Pesto Noodle Soup serves rich, spinach basil pesto, tender broccoli and creamy cheddar in every bite!
Ingredients
- 1 cup noodles
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup pesto homemade or purchased
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, set aside. Bring broccoli and broth to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Add pesto and cooked noodles. Stir in half the cheese. Portion. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
