Chocolate Shortbread cutouts offer a touch of sweet icing over a not too sweet chocolaty crisp cookie. Delicate and delicious!

Something chocolate was in order for today’s cookie recipe. I love all kinds of cookies, but I would be a amiss to no include a chocolaty offering.
Chocolate shortbread is not as sweet like a lot of cookies. These tend to be on the dry side. A good dunking cookie! A hot steaming cup of coffee or hot chocolate and I’m set. Oh yeah, and a dozen of these cookies!
