Ingredients
- 8 Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains Crackers
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup apple butter
- 1 Granny Smith apple, shredded
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place apple shreds in lemon juice.
- Layer cottage cheese, apple butter, apple shreds and sprinkled cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
