Grilled Vegetable Salad brings out the natural sweetness of vegetables in this easy to make healthy side dish. Try it at your next cookout.
Welcome to day three of #CookoutWeek! I’m super excited to share today’s healthy veggie side dish. Crisp tender grilled carrots, Vidalia onions, zucchini, red peppers and corn tossed in a light vinaigrette. This dish is finished off with a sprinkle of white truffle oil.
White truffle oil is made with the aroma of truffles and adds a delicate, earthy taste. Use sparingly by adding a few drops at a time. Don’t forget to taste after each addition. 🙂
I was given a sample of Pébeyre White Truffle Oil from The French Farm to try and review. I received no further compensation. All opinions are my own.
