Healthier Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies blend high protein flour with nutritious peanut butter to create a better for you cookie. Teff flour gives these treats a nutty flavor and rich color.
I mixed up the chips between dark chocolate and white chocolate. All natural peanut butter rounds out the deal.
