I’ve found egg salad to be the quickest way to use those extra hard boiled eggs.
You can go fancy, with special ingredients like this Chorizo Egg Salad
But for today, I’ve taken regular deviled egg salad and kicked it up a notch.
Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix.
