I fell in love with Meyer Lemons about a year ago. I try to use them in everything I can while these sweet tart beauties are in season.

Blackberries are also hitting the stores. So my contribution for today takes those two flavors and rolls them into a sweet treat.

Meyer Lemon Blackberry Cinnamon Rolls turned out to be so easy to make with Red Star platinum yeast.

Red Star platinum yeast takes the guesswork out of baking. The yeast adds dough improvers that make your baked goods rise without fussing and bake off light and airy.

For more than a century, home bakers have trusted the high quality and consistent performance of RED STAR Yeast. Inspiring bakers from novice to professional, our goal is your baking success!
