Making candy is always fun. Fudge is one of my favorites to create. What better gift is there to give or get for the holidays?
Salted Butterscotch Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 (11-ounce) bags butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Spray a 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper. Spray paper with cooking spray.
- Place butterscotch chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in 20 second intervals, stirring each time until melted.
- Add melted chips to milk in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour in prepared pan and cool slightly before sprinkling with desired amount of salt.
- Refrigerate until firm before cutting.
